Bravo

“Bravo” (2022) is the triumphant cry of Jorge Blanco! This piece is a faithful recreation of one of his most legendary sculptures (also named “BRAVO”) which was installed in the heart of his beloved Sarasota, Florida in 2018. The original is nearly 20 feet tall, anchoring a key roundabout of the Arts District, gleaming in the sunlight during the day and illuminated from below at night to offer a different perspective. This painting captures the twisting coalescence of organic and industrial forms Blanco is famous for,  the brushed metal stalks each capped with unique colors and shapes. Inspiring and majestic, “Bravo” is a testament to Blanco’s long relationship with the Jewel of the Suncoast. Take home a piece of Sarasota history today!
